The attorney general of Michigan issued a bizarre statement on CNN after President Trump visited a Ford plant in violation of a recent order from Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, who banned all “nonessential” tours on Monday, suggesting that President Trump is no longer welcome in the state for not wearing a mask. The questionable decision from the government official aired in an interview on CNN, where she became visibly enraged shortly after President Trump visited the motor plant without wearing a mask in violation of company policy.

Along with saying that Trump is no longer welcome in the state, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel says her department may even be considering bringing up charges against the president for not adhering to the excessive measures that were ordered by Governor Whitmer to prevent further spread of the coronavirus.

In the embarrassing display on CNN, the Michigan official made a series of unwarranted statements about President Trump, claiming that he is a “petulant child who refuses to follow the rules,” adding that “this is not a joke.”
