We already reported at ENR how in Chattanooga, Tennessee Public Schools, they are working to push a new and blatantly false premise on their teachers and staff, as they informed them that only white people are able to be racists, and certainly not “people of color”!

In fact, on Todd Starnes Radio Show, he reported that the district put on the beginning of the school year professional development program, where they told the teachers that…

“Only white people can be racist”

The Hamilton County School Board member, Rhonda Thurman told Starnes that…

“I was appalled to hear this! First of all, I was very much offended by this. Somebody came in from out of town – that I don’t know – and they don’t know me and assumed that I’m racist right off the bat just because I’m white. They don’t know what kind of childhood I had. They don’t know anything about me.”

Within the presentation, Starnes pointed to a Tennessee Star report that was presented on ‘White Privilege’, as they claimed that…

  • People of color cannot be racist because they lack the institutional power to adversely affect white lives.
  • Even if minorities sometimes complain about whites, such complaints serve as coping mechanisms to withstand racism rather than actual anti-white bias.
  • Even when minorities express or practice prejudice against whites they are not racists.
  • White privilege is both a legacy and a cause of racism.
  • White privilege exists because of historic, enduring racism and biases.

Reports of teacher outrage were abundant by the district staff, as it was reported that School Board member Rhonda Thurman talked to many of them! Interestingly, the district claims that the slides were misinterpreted, and but the PRESENTATION SLIDESHOW SPEAKS FOR ITSELF…

Thurman stated…

“A lot of teachers were upset about it. This was just a few days before school started. Teachers need to be working in their classroom but instead, they had to sit through this presentation. The (training) said if (students) showed any kind of animosity toward a white person it was usually just a coping mechanism,” Thurman said. “So I wonder how the teachers feel about that? That (students) can criticize their teacher any way that they want to and it’s just looked at as a coping mechanism for them for racism.”

Rhonda Thurman went on to say…

“What does this have to do with student achievement number one which is what we’re supposed to be about? I wondered how it made the white teachers in attendance feel to know that they were going to go into a classroom where 90 percent of the students were going to think that they were racist before they ever taught the first day.”

She also noted that due to that type of thinking, the district is…

“planting the seeds of bitterness and division in these fertile minds of these kids.”

Todd Starnes reported that, according to the interview with the Chattanooga Times Free Press, the district’s spokesman played off the accusations of inappropriateness, as he told the news organization that…

“The slides are being misrepresented as a presentation on white privilege. For the slides in question, the speaker was reviewing terms that can impact perception and definitions attached to the terms when the slides were used. White Privilege was one of several terms on slides during the short part of the presentation.”

They went on to say that the section on ‘White Privilege’ was only one piece of the presentation, but IT SHOULDN’T BE IN THEIR PRESENTATION AT ALL, AS THE PREMISE BEHIND THEIR ARGUMENT IS RACIST IN ITSELF!

To date, the Hamilton County School District has refused to apologize, and it appears that they will not apologize, any time in the near future!

Now, ‘The College Fix’ reported that Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, are teaching that “all white people are racist”! They detailed how the college was putting on a workshop that taught students that…

“all white people are racist.”

They added that the popular “Undoing Racism” workshop has been offered not only at Vasser College, but at universities around the nation since its introduction in 2010.

They noted that the workshop covered such topics as “systematic racism” and “institutional oppression,” and teaching students that racism is woven into the fabric of American society.

The workshop leaders highlighted specific ways in which they claim that American society is racist, as they stated…

We looked into each other’s souls as we discussed hardships and shared truths. For some spotting racism is easy, while for others it comes to light that racism is not always this blatant use of the n-word or making someone sit in the back of the bus. It’s oppression. It’s a lack of opportunities. Racism is thinking you are being progressive by allowing a Black child into your predominantly white school, but not wanting your white child to attend a predominantly Black school.

A Memphis Professor was even caught making racist and hate-driven statements, where she stated…

racism and professor

Fox News reported...

A Memphis professor who left her job under a cloud after a series of racist tweets and Facebook posts has resurfaced at a school across town, where some of her new faculty peers are not happy to have her as a colleague.

Zandria Robinson, who taught sociology at University of Memphis until resigning on June 11, had previously posted on Facebook and Twitter that she did not want her daughter attending school with “snotty privileged whites,” apparently ramped up her social media rhetoric after leaving the job. In a series of tweets that began June 26, nine days after white racist Dylann Roof gunned down nine African Americans in a Charleston, S.C., church, Robinson wrote that “whiteness is most certainly and inevitably terror” and said she expected to see “thinkpieces about how more mental health services could prevent white people from acting how they are conditioned to act.”

Officials at Rhodes College announced Robinson’s hiring last week, and praised her for her “provocative” comments, some of which were first reported by the website SoCawlege.

“As a leading scholar and author in the areas of race, class, gender, culture, and the South, Dr. Zandria Robinson’s comments are sometimes provocative, controversial, and debatable,” the school said in a statement.

Apparently, left-wing radicals who now control too many of the schools of our nation have become so disconnected with the realities of racism, and what it means to be a racist, that they no longer believe in Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s goal when he stated…

“I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

Instead, for the radicalized left, IT IS ALL ABOUT COLOR, RACE, WEALTH, AND THEIR OWN SELF ABSORBED DESIRE FOR POWER, AND WEALTH, and about putting Marxism and their Party above the American people or the constitutional freedoms that it grants to ‘We the People’!
