At ENR, we reported earlier today that an Appeals Court ruled that President Trump violated citizens ‘First Amendment’ rights, being he blocked users who repeatedly issued hate-driven, statements, as the court said it is unlawful on the Social Media giant, as they declared it a “PUBLIC FORUM”!

In fact, Fox News reported

Appeals court rules Trump violated First Amendment by blocking Twitter users

Fox News added…

A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that President Trump is not allowed to block people on Twitter over statements he does not like, affirming a lower court’s decision that declared the president’s account a “public forum.”

Fox News went on to say that…

the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals noted that because Trump uses Twitter to communicate with the public about his administration, and his account is open to the public for people to comment on his posts, it warrants constitutional free speech protection under the First Amendment.

“We do conclude,” the opinion said, “that the First Amendment does not permit a public official who utilizes a social media account for all manner of official purposes to exclude persons from an otherwise‐open online dialogue because they expressed views with which the official disagrees.”

However, even if President Trump blocks users, they still have access to his tweets. Therefore, they simply cannot react or comment on the tweets themselves!

Fox News pointed out that…

The court said that Trump’s account was indeed private before he became president, but that changed once he took office and used it for official business, as it now displays “all the trappings of an official, state‐run account.” The court said that once Trump leaves office, his account will be considered private again.

However, Social Media giants have not only censored (BLOCKED) American’s voices who criticized left-wing political proponents and politicians, but they have deleted their accounts, and blocked them from being able to follow President Trump and others ALTOGETHER!

The 2nd Circuit opinion concluded that debate is good, even if “unpleasant” at times, as they stated…

“The irony in all of this is that we write at a time in the history of this nation when the conduct of our government and its officials is subject to wide‐open, robust debate,” the court said. This debate encompasses an extraordinarily broad range of ideas and viewpoints and generates a level of passion and intensity the likes of which have rarely been seen. This debate, as uncomfortable and as unpleasant as it frequently may be, is nonetheless a good thing. In resolving this appeal, we remind the litigants and the public that if the First Amendment means anything, it means that the best response to disfavored speech on matters of public concern is more speech, not less.”

We noted at, how the courts were opening a can of worms, as our American laws cannot have a two-tiered justice system, with one group having more rights and freedoms, while other groups are exempt from those same protections!

Regardless, the left-wing radically controlled Mainstream Media and Social Media giants are trying to do JUST THAT! Regardless, pro-America citizens and leaders are finally beginning to fight back!

On Tuesday afternoon, the Gateway Pundit reported that the ‘America First’ GOP Congressional Candidate Joey Saladino has filed a lawsuit against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for blocking him on Twitter! The Pundit reported that

New York GOP candidate Joey Saladino has filed a lawsuit against Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for blocking him on Twitter, following a decision from the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals that President Donald Trump cannot block people on social media because it is a public forum.

Saladino, better known as “Joey Salads” online, filed the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York on Tuesday.

“We do conclude,” the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision regarding Trump’s account began, “that the First Amendment does not permit a public official who utilizes a social media account for all manner of official purposes to exclude persons from an otherwise‐open online dialogue because they expressed views with which the official disagrees.”

Ocasio-Cortez blocked Saladino in May, shortly after he announced his candidacy, according to a press release from his campaign.

Saladino stated that…

“I’m suing AOC because we need to be able to have a strong and vigorous debate between the parties, otherwise our fragile system of ideas and representation breaks down. Though she is not in a position of power, she is the voice of her generation of Democrat voters, and bigger than some of the Presidential candidates. If we can’t talk to one another, the whole system breaks down.” Saladino continued. “Look what is happening in my district when entrenched NeverTrumpers are confronted by America First ideas. Like it or not we live in the same city and we need to be professional.”

Saladino then posted a video of himself filing the lawsuit on his extremely popular YouTube channel, which is also owned by Google, who have worked to eliminate Conservatives, Christians, Jews, and pro-Trump Americans off of their network…

The Staten Island native lists slowing economic opportunity for the area’s youth, ever-increasing taxes, and the growing opioid addiction crisis as some of the top issues he will be addressing with his campaign. Prior to the start of his campaign, he was already well-known for his comedic videos running pranks on unsuspecting strangers.

Saladino got his start on YouTube, and he has grown exponentially, as he now has a following of nearly 2.5 million on YouTube and Facebook, as well as 82,000 on Twitter.

As we said before at ENR, the courts have set up the perfect storm, as Conservatives, Christians, Jews, and pro-Americans are now able to sue and use the court’s decision to declare the Social Media giants a ‘Public Forum’, and Saladino is likely just the first!

Therefore, bring on the lawsuits, as those who are being targeted for discrimination by the radical left, respond with counter-measures, and work to keep America free for all Americans, regardless of religion, regardless of color, and regardless of political ideology!
