A federal lawsuit was filed Monday in Florida, as it was revealed that the President was being sued yet again by another Democrat, who the Trump Administration had on their campaign staff. The staffer’s name is Alva Johnson, and she alleges that he “forcibly kissed her” on the cheek without her consent and that his campaign discriminated against her based on the color of her skin and her female gender!
The Washington Post said that…
Wearing a dark suit and red tie, carrying an umbrella, Trump walked up to the RV as Johnson stood back and took video. “Good job, boss,” she said as he greeted supporters, according to footage she provided to The Post.
Johnson brought volunteers into the RV to take pictures with Trump. She noticed that Trump was attempting to make eye contact with her, she said in the interviews and lawsuit. When it was time for the rally, Johnson said Trump passed her as he exited the RV.
“I’ve been on the road for you since March, away from my family,” she told him, according to the lawsuit. “You’re doing an awesome job. Go in there and kick ass.”
Trump grasped her hand, thanked her for her work and leaned in, she said.
“Oh, my God, I think he’s going to kiss me,” she said in an interview, describing the moment. “He’s coming straight for my lips. So I turn my head, and he kisses me right on corner of my mouth, still holding my hand the entire time. Then he walks on out.”
She said she stood there, feeling humiliated, and Bondi gave her a smile as she walked out of the RV. Karen Giorno, director of the Florida campaign, grabbed Johnson’s elbow and gave it a tug, Johnson said in the interviews and lawsuit.
The lawsuit, says that Alva Johnson claims that it happened at a rally in Tampa on Aug. 24, 2016, and she thought it was “super-creepy and inappropriate.” She added…
“I immediately felt violated because I wasn’t expecting it or wanting it,” she said. “I can still see his lips coming straight for my face.”
The Washington Post went on to report that…
Johnson said she told her boyfriend, mother and stepfather about the incident later that day, an account all three confirmed to The Post. Two months later, Johnson consulted a Florida attorney about the unwanted kiss; he gave The Post text messages showing that he considered her “credible” but did not take her case for business reasons. The attorney gave Johnson the name of a therapist, whose notes, which The Post reviewed, reference an unspecified event during the campaign that had left her distraught.
Ms. Johnson claims that a few weeks later, the ‘Billy Bush ‘grab her by the pussy’ tape’ was released, and she said that it traumatized her, and she says that she subsequently began having nightmares. She added…
“I felt sick to my stomach. That was what he did to me.”
However, although every alleged victim has a right to be heard and have those accusations investigated, her story already has some severe flaws, even her own actions raise some serious red flags! For example…
- Alva Johnson claims to be traumatized and having nightmares about his alleged ‘unwanted kiss on the cheek’, but she attended one of the President’s inaugural balls!
- Alva Johnson applied for a job within President Trump’s Administration AFTER SHE CLAIMS TO BE ‘SICK TO HER STOMACH’, supposedly because Trump had traumatized her!
- Alva Johnson claims to be discriminated against financially based on her gender and race, yet she then applied twice to the President’s Administration AFTER SHE NOT ONLY CLAIMS TO BE ‘KISSED ON THE CHEEK’, BUT AFTER SHE CLAIMS TO BE FINANCIALLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ALREADY!
Johnson said she told her mother, step-father, and boyfriend later that day about the incident, and the Washington Post said that her family claims that she did!
The White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders called the allegation…
“absurd on its face. This never happened and is directly contradicted by multiple highly credible eye witness accounts!”
Then Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Karen Giorno, who was the director of the Florida campaign, were both present during the alleged kiss, and both of the women denied seeing Trump kiss Johnson. Also, the First Lady’s spokeswoman and former President Trump’s Campaign Press Director Stephanie Grisham was also in attendance at the time, and she stated that she was in front of Trump as he left the RV, and she never saw the alleged kiss!
Another problematic aspect of her claim is that Johnson also says that she is seeking an unspecified amount of money for damages, as she says she is suffering from emotional distress. She also alleges that she was discriminated against based on race and gender, yet she continued to work for the Trump Campaign, and tried twice to get a job in his Administration! When the Post asked Johnson why she hadn’t previously come forward, said that she considered making her allegation public in October 2016, but never did.
Johnson was and continues to be a registered Democrat, and she said that she took a job with the Trump campaign as a director of outreach and coalitions in Alabama because she felt that Donald J. Trump would help struggling black communities. Also, she continued to work for the Campaign after the election, but never secured a position in the Administration!
