This week, Andrew McCabe appeared on CBS’s 60 minutes in a tell-all promotion of a book he is releasing, which likely told more than he should have, and definitely, more than his treasonous co-conspirators would like for him to have said. The New York Times reported…

Andrew G. McCabe, the former deputy F.B.I. director, said in an interview aired on Thursday that top Justice Department officials became so alarmed by President Trump’s decision in May 2017 to fire James B. Comey, the bureau’s director, that they discussed whether to recruit cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Mr. Trump from office.

The dire concerns about the president’s actions also prompted Mr. McCabe to order the bureau’s team investigating Russia’s election interference to look into whether Mr. Trump had obstructed justice by firing Mr. Comey. The F.B.I. also began examining whether Mr. Trump had been working on behalf of Russia against American interests.

Mr. McCabe’s explosive remarks were made in an interview with “60 Minutes” scheduled to air in full on Sunday. He was promoting his memoir, “The Threat: How the F.B.I. Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump,” which will be released next week.

Mr. McCabe said he spoke to Mr. Trump just after Mr. Comey was fired, and the next day he met with the team investigating Russia’s election interference.

Meanwhile, former Harvard Constitutional law professor Alan Dershowitz said on Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” that the former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s claim about the Department of Justice plotting to utilize the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office is a blatant and “attempted coup d’état” as well as a “grievous offense against the Constitution.” He said…

“Well, if that’s true, it is clearly an attempted coup d’état. Now relating to what your last guest said, let’s take the worst case scenario. Let’s assume the president of the United States was in bed with the Russians, committed treason and obstruction of justice. The 25th Amendment simply is irrelevant to that. That’s why you have an impeachment provision. The 25th Amendment is about Woodrow Wilson having a stroke. It’s about a president being shot and not being able to perform his office. It’s not about the most fundamental disagreements. It’s not about impeachable offenses. Any Justice Department official who even mentioned the 25th Amendment in the context of President Trump has committed a grievous offense against the Constitution.

The framers of the 25th Amendment had in mind something very specific and trying to use the 25th Amendment to circumvent the impeachment provisions or to circumvent an election is a despicable act of unconstitutional power grabbing,” he continued. “And you were right when you said it reminds me of what happens in third-world countries. Look, these people may have been well-intentioned. They may have believed they were serving the interest of the United States, but you have to obey the law, and the law is the Constitution.

And the 25th Amendment is as clear as could be: incapacity, unable to perform in office. That’s what you need. That’s why you need two-thirds of the House and two-thirds of the Senate agreeing, and it has to be on the basis of a medical or psychological incapacity. Not on the basis of even the most extreme crimes, which there is no evidence. But even if they were, that would not be a basis for invoking the 25th Amendment. And I challenge any left-wing person to get on television and to defend the use of the 25th Amendment. I challenge any of my colleagues who are in the ‘get Trump at any cost’ camp to come on television and justify the use of the 25th Amendment other than for physical or psychiatric incapacity.”

In the interview, McCabe also said that Rosenstein had suggested that sympathetic Cabinet members who might join their cause included Sessions and Kelly. However, Rosenstein had denied reports that indicated that they wanted to use a hidden wire to remove President Trump from office! Meanwhile, NBC News reported that sources stated that he was only joking about secretly recording the president!

However, Rod Rosenstein did sign a FISA warrant to spy on Trump in June 2017, as well as, advising the President to fire James Comey, and then when President Trump took his advice, he used the firing as a reason to appoint Robert Mueller as Special Counsel on May 17, 2017, to investigate the President!

New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt also claimed that he learned that Rosenstein discussed wearing a wire a SECOND TIME AS WELL!

Now, after the news that Andrew McCabe did a public tell-all interview, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein rejected Andrew McCabe’s admissions on ’60 Minutes’, and issued a statement…

However, despite Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s denials, McCabe is the SECOND PERSON TO ADMIT TO THE COUP! In fact, on October 8, 2018, John Solomon with the Hill reported that

James Baker told Congress last week that his boss — then-acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe — was dead serious about the idea of surreptitiously recording the 45th president and using the evidence to make the case that Trump should be removed from office, according to my sources.

Baker told lawmakers he wasn’t in the meeting McCabe had with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in which the subject came up. But he did have firsthand conversations with McCabe and the FBI lawyer assigned to McCabe, Lisa Page, about the issue.

“As far as Baker was concerned, this was a real plan being discussed,” said a source directly familiar with the congressional investigation. “It was no laughing matter for the FBI.”

In the end, these men in the Department of Justice are criminals, and are now admitting to plotting treasonous acts to overthrow a duly-elected President of the United States of America! An offense that punishable by death in the United States. Now, being Bill Barr was confirmed by Congress as the new Attorney General, it is time for a major investigation and house cleaning in the Department of Justice and FBI!

Fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe will appear on ’60 Minutes’ on Sunday night.
